that is so sad and awful. i cannot believe the shit that goes on these days. you know, i was talking to my friend the other day about how men used to choose their wives. the big ones. the ones who looked strong enough to bear your children and survive it and could help work the land. now, it's exactly like you said, the less of you there is, the more you're worth. i am so glad i can't even force myself to buy into that shit. unfortunately there are too many who do.
it makes me nervous to see what the future holds in store for us all...
thanks for posting this, clint. even though it really was awful, sometimes you need things like that to stare you in the face. i wish everyone could see we're all beautiful and are supposed to be different or else we would have all been made the same!
